Shipping & Returns

We ship within New Zealand. Standard shipping costs NZ$6 per order to the North Island and NZ$10 per order to the South Island.

For bulk orders of 10 or more books, please email hello@lingnest.co.nz before ordering so we can provide a shipping quote.

In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service, and may be longer during busy periods.

For pre-orders, please check the product page for the expected release or dispatch date. If this changes, we will contact you.

If your order is delayed or has not arrived, please email hello@lingnest.co.nz with your order number so we can help.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a faulty item, or is different from what you ordered, please email hello@lingnest.co.nz with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful where available.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where required under New Zealand consumer law. Please contact us before posting an item back so we can explain the return process.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please check the product description, language and format carefully before purchasing.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
